§ 15-2. Sale of food products in residential buildings restricted.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person within the corporate limits of the city to sell or keep for sale in any building used for residential purposes, any food products or groceries except those put up in airtight packages, unless the residence part of the building is entirely cut off from the part used for the storage of such groceries or food products of any kind, by a solid wall in which there shall be no door or window or any crack.
